What are camping safaris?

Camping Safaris are designed for those in search for a real adventure who enjoy the unpredictable wildness. In safaris you are expected to help with the camp chores and setting up of tents. Your meal will be prepared by our expert safari cooks over wood fires. Those who join are from all walks of life and nationalities usually between 16 and 60 years, age however is not a criteria, all that needed is a sense of humor and a willingness to participate and a spirit of adventure.

2 Days Tsavo East

DAY 1: Depart after breakfast, drive to Tsavo West, game drive en route and visit Mzima Springs with Picnic Lunch. After lunch drive to Tsavo East National Park one of the greatest wildlife sanctuary which is noted for its vast Elephant herds and variety of game including buffalo, giraffe, zebra and plain animals of almost every kind.set up camp.go for game drive and return back for dinner and overnight at camp site.

DAY 2: Game drive early morning before breakfast. after breakfast break camp and depart for mombasa. picnic lunch in the park en route.arrivng mombasa late afternoon.

2 Days Tsavo East

3 Days Tsavo East / West

Day 1: departure 9.30am from mombasa. Drive to tsavo east park. Picnic lunch en-route and set up camp, afternoon at leisure. Game drive late afternoon 4.30pm. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 2: game drive early morning before breakfast. After breakfast depart at 9.00am in the morning and drive through the east to tsavo west. Picnic lunch en-route and set up camp. Later on in the afternoon, game viewing in the park. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: early morning game drive. After breakfast, a visit to the mzima springs. Break camps and depart for mombasa. Picnic lunch en-route. Arriving mombasa late afternoon.

4 Days Tsavo East / Amboseli

Day 1: departure 9.30am mombasa. Drive to tsavo national park (east) for game viewing. Picnic lunch en-route. Set up camps. Evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 2: before breakfast, a game drive in the park. After breakfast, proceed to masai amboseli game reserve. Game drive en-route. Presently exit tsavo east enter amboseli. Time allowing evening game drive. Picnic lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 3: full day game drive in amboseli. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 4: early game viewing. After breakfast, break camps and proceed to mombasa arriving late afternoon. Game viewing and picnic lunch en-route.

5 Days Tsavo East / West / Amboseli

Day 1: departure 9.30 am mombasa. Drive along the main mombasa-nairobi highway to the inland through semi-arid country to national park east one of worlds greatest wildlife sanctuaries which is noted for its vast herds of elephant and variety of game including buffalo, giraffe, zebra and plain game of almost any kind, picnic lunch enroute and set up camp. Afternoon at leisure. Game drive late afternoon at 4.30 pm. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 2: game drive early morning before breakfast. After breakfast depart at about 9.00 am and drive through the east to tsavo west picnic lunch enroute set up camp. Later on in the afternoon game viewing in the park. Dinner and overnight at camp-site

Day 3:after breakfast a game drive in the park including a visit to mzima spring where hippos and crocodiles are to be found. Then proceed to amboseli game reserve famed dor rhino, lion, elephant and sometimes cheetah. Presently enter exit tsavo west onto mombasa-nairobi highway up to emali/sultan hamud and then enter amboseli. Picnic lunch enroute. Dinner and overnight at camp-site.

Day 4: full day game viewing in the park dinner and overnight at camp-site

Day 5:game drive early morning after breakfast, break camp, proceed to mombasa and game viewing enroute. Picnic lunch enroute. Arriving mombasa late afternoon

6 Days Amboseli /Nakuru / Masaai Mara / Nairobi

Day 1: Departure 09.30 a.m. from Mombasa. Drive along the main Mombasa/Nairobi highway to Amboseli Game Reserve, famed for Rhino, Lions & Elephants. Picnic lunch en-route. Evening game drive.
Dinner & overnight at campsite.

Day 2: Full day game viewing. Picnic lunch. Swimming at lodge at extra cost. Dinner & overnight at campsite.

Day 3: After early breakfast, leave Amboseli for Nairobi & proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, picnic lunch en-route. After setting up camp, proceed for a game drive of Lake Nakuru often described as the “World’s Greatest Bird Spectacle”. Return to camp for dinner & overnight.

Day 4: After breakfast, leave Lake Nakuru for Maasai Mara Game Reserve, picnic lunch en-route. On arrival set up camp & time allowing proceed for a game drive in search of Black Maned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Cheetahs, Buffalos & other plains game.
Return to camp for dinner overnight.

Day 5: Full day game viewing. All meals and overnight at the campsite.

Day 6: After breakfast at the campsite, leave Maasai Mara for Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi around lunch time.
